(5) Our shipping cost includes the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.
(6) We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by customer. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on R4-3 are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
Return & Refund Policy
All clearance products purchased from R4-3 will not be accepted for returns.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
Refunds are for product only, as shipping cost are non-refundable. R4-3 reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
Customer should inform R4-3 by email of your non-receipt parcel within 30 days after delivery.
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt of the item (OR 45 days after delivery). We only accept products in their original condition. All returns (defective or otherwise) have to be preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back.
Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund.
Returning for replacement and refund
1. Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
2. Non Quality Issues:
If a customer returns a product, within 30 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer an patial refund, 15% restocking fee plus shipping fee cannot be returned.
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
Canceled orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, there will be no costs incurred.
Wrong Item Delivered
After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.
If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Certain information may be required for verification
- Photo of the packing envelope/box.
- Photo of the packing list.
- Photo of the damage/incorrect item.
Customers may send the above information to firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative will review the order and respond within 48 hours.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. R4-3 will not accept any return without the RMA number. The package will be returned at the sender’s expense.
Product Specific Return Policy
Some products (such as Screen Protector) may not be eligible for R4-3's General Return Policy. The specific return policy and warranty information are listed on the item's page.
Limited Repair/Replacement Only Return Policy
If the website mentioned the item may be returned for "Replacement Only", the item is Non-refundable. Please return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the item's page.
Manufacturer Warranty Only Policy
- Return for refund: (N/A) Non-refundable.
- Return for replacement: Through Manufacturer.
R4-3 does not accept return for the Manufacturer Warranty Only products. If the product is covered by the Manufacturer Warranty, the warranty information will be stated on the item's page. End users may request replacement/repair service through the Manufacturer directly.
Tax, Custom & Duty
Usually, to make sure the package go through destination country custom smoothly, Items shipped from R4-3 will be declared at the lowest value according to the quantity.
Registered Airmail: declares as gift-US$10 or electronics-US$10
EMS / DHL: lower than US$100
R4-3 is not responsible for any import duties and customs cost when goods passing your country custom.
Different country custom has different requirement for import, some countries are strict and special, have limited for the declare value, description, shipping method; please check the import duty rule of your country before placing order. You can send us the declaration instructions if have special request when packing order.
R4-3 is not responsible for custom tax if goods was hold in destination custom. If package is unlucky hold by the custom, customer has the duty to contact with custom and pay for some charges to get the package to arrive safety.
We will do our best to support to clear your custom such as offer commercial invoice in time etc.
If any customer do not want to clear custom casing the goods returning to China or shipment confiscated, all the charges need to be paid by customers.
