Welcome to R4-3. We provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at R4-3, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future R4-3 service or business, you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of R4-3 and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of R4-3 protected by United States and international copyright laws.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur within your account or with your password. For example, someone use your R4-3 points without your permit for your leaking out account information. R4-3 will not take any responsibility concerning this issue. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. R4-3 reserves the right to refuse access to the website, remove or edit content, or cancel invalid orders. We will cancel any spam information eg: test account, unvalued reviews, defamation on R4-3 without notification.
R4-3 does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use R4-3 only with involvement of a parent or guardian. R4-3 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
5. ACCESS to R4-3
In order to maintain website reliability and integrity, maintenance works may need to take place regularly. Such works may affect your site usage, and may interrupt your access to the website. We will do our best to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services.
6. LICENCE for WEBSITE ACCESS
This site and its web content, which includes but is not limited to, text, photographs, icons and all other images, are protected by copyright. R4-3 grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with expressed written consent from the Company. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout or form) of R4-3's without expressed written consent. You may not use any meta-tags or any other "hidden text" using R4-3's names or trademarks without obtaining written authorisation from R4-3. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by R4-3.

7. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

R4-3 reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant R4-3 a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant R4-3 and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify R4-3 for all claims resulting from content you supply. R4-3 has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. R4-3 takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
8. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from R4-3 are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Please note: Stock and availability information on this site is for reference only. Although we strive to provide the most accurate and timely availability status, this information may become out of date and may change between the time an item is added to the cart and the time when the order is processed. In any case, free shipping is the promise we make to all of our clients regardless of how big or small the order is.
